As Community Tools is web-based sofware, it needs a server to run on. Fortunately CT is available via Zone+ hosting service, so you do not need extensive technical skills to set up your site:

For existing Zone users

If you already use Zone virtual servers, it can’t get much easier: Log into data.zone.ee, find “Manage server” on your right, and then Zone+ > Community Tools from bottom left. Click “Install Community Tools” and you will be notified via e-mai when your new site is ready for use. It usually takes 15 minutes or so.

If you are not using Zone currently but wish to get quickly started with Community Tools, you can join trial version of Zone hosting services which will be free for a 1-month period. During this time, you have plenty of time to setup and test Community Tools, available in single click on Zone. You can use your own domain name, if you already got one. If not, purchase it via Zone or use chooseyourownname.selts.eu.

Other options

You can also download and install Community Tools to any other server or even your laptop computer. Although it requires slightely more technical skills, give it a try.
